Fully equipped and fairly clean place with extremely friendly staff. Marvellous and perfect location, not too far from Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Garden. Very relaxing area near Phoenix, AZ, Chase Field where the Arizona Diamondbacks play, and the grocery store.

The room layout was appealing with newer appliances and great bathroom features. The golf course design was a highlight, providing enjoyable play at reasonable rates. Parking could be improved, and the overall atmosphere felt crowded at times due to the golfing excitement.

in overall the room was spotless and with laundry and the kitchen, for example. the staff were knowledgeable and competent all of the time. the location was prime for walking around the farm at south mountain. also, the area was nice.

I loved how close the Raven Golf Club is, just a short 1 km stroll away, and the vibrant Morning Glory Cafe, less than a 15-minute walk, was a perfect spot for breakfast, enriching my weekend experience.
